At HostArmada, we try to be as flexible as possible for our customers. We can merge two or more accounts into a single one or split one into different accounts.
Usually, such merges/splits include transferring services, splitting client information, migrating websites, and ensuring that no service goes down while the process is ongoing.
For splits and merges, you will need to contact us over a ticket to our billing department.
If you would like to move a product from one client area to another, tickets will have to be submitted from both the receiving and the losing accounts. Our team will help you with further instructions once you get in touch.
