You can update your HostArmada account details at any given point in time. Please do keep in mind though that the information you provide should be authentic and not forged as your account might get flagged by our system.
We do protect your information and do not distribute it to any third-party organizations.
You can easily edit your account information through your client area by navigating to:
-> My account -> My Details
Once you select the “My Details” menu, you will be able to see this menu:
Through this area, you will be able to edit all of your account information. Please note that this information will be the one that will be appearing on your invoices related to the service you have with HostArmada.
If you would like to change your account password, you simply need to select the menu in the upper part of the screen that says “Change Password”.
You will first be required to input your existing password and then write the new one you want to use. That password will need to be confirmed in the last field. We do recommend for a higher level of security to use a custom generated password using the “Generate Password” button.
In the next menu - “Security Settings”, you will be presented with the option to enable two-factor authentication as an additional security measure.
Once the 2FA is enabled, you will simply need to download on your phone an application like Google Authenticator or Duo, which depends on the operating system of the device you are using.
