At HostArmada we provide you with two different options for cancellation regarding our services - Immediate and at the end of your billing period.
Immediate cancellation will cover canceling your service right away. As long as it doesn’t fall under the money-back guarantee for the specific product, you will not be eligible for having the money back for this service.
Cancelation at the end of your billing period would mean that you will not receive an invoice for a renewal of your service and will be canceled once it expires.
Domain names cannot be canceled, simply because of the way they operate. Once a domain name is registered, it cannot be deleted and it will remain under your ownership until it expires. For domains, only the end of the billing period type of cancellation is viable. You can still transfer it with another registrar if you do not wish to keep it with HostArmada.
In order to submit a cancellation request, you will need to navigate through your client area following this path:
-> Client Area -> My Services -> The “three dots” on the service tab for the product you want to cancel -> Cancellation
