How can I request a refund for already pre-paid services?

At HostArmada, you get a 45-day money-back guarantee period for our shared hosting services and 7 days for our VPS and Dedicated CPU servers.

In order to receive a refund, you will need to submit a cancellation request. Go to your client area and click My Services. Navigate to the service you want to cancel and click the bin/delete icon.

Afterward, you will be prompted to share the reason for your cancellation.

We are asking all our clients for their feedback because, as a customer-oriented company, we are always keen to learn and improve our products and services.

Note: Please do keep in mind that in order to be eligible for a refund, the cancellation request needs to be submitted in the first 45 days after you’ve signed up or seven days if you are using a VPS or a Dedicated CPU server plan, and you will need to choose an “immediate” cancellation type.

Services like domains and add-ons cannot be refunded. Once a domain is registered, it cannot be removed and remains a product of yours until it expires.
