How can I request a refund for already pre-paid services?

At HostArmada, you get 45 day money-back guarantee period for our shared hosting services and seven days for our VPS and Dedicated CPU servers. We always aim to provide one of the best experiences on the market, and we are well aware that if we fail to do that, you might want to choose a different option.

In case we fail to meet your expectations or our service fails to uphold its values, you can make the decision to request a refund. We believe that 45 days is a long enough period for you to decide if our solution is the one you’re looking for.

In order to receive a refund, you will need to submit a cancellation request through your client area following this path:

-> Client Area -> My Services -> The “three dots” on the service tab for the product you want to cancel -> Cancellation

Afterward, you will be prompted to share the reason for your cancellation. We are asking all our clients about their decision because, as a customer-oriented company, we are always keen to receive your feedback, learn, and improve our products and services.

Please do keep in mind that in order to be eligible for a refund, the cancellation request needs to be submitted in the first 45 days after you’ve signed up or seven days if you are using VPS or a Dedicated CPU server plan, and you will need to choose an “immediate” cancellation type.

Services like domains and add-ons cannot be refunded. Once a domain is registered, it cannot be removed and remains a product of yours until it expires.
