Upgrading your service is seamless at HostArmada as we will be taking care of everything for you, no action would be required on your end. We take care of the migration and we ensure that you will not have any downtime while your service upgrade is taking place.
You can upgrade your service on your own through your client area following this path:
-> Client Area -> My Services -> Now you will need to select the “three dots” on the service tab for the plan you want to upgrade -> “Upgrade” button

To calculate the pricing of an upgrade we are using the following procedure:
- We are calculating the cost of the unused period of time in days for the service you are about to upgrade.
- We are setting the same due date for your brand new service so the two services can be equalized in terms of the next due date.
- To form the upgrade cost, we are using the original price of the upgraded service and the service you have chosen to upgrade to (WITHOUT ANY APPLIED DISCOUNTS). By deducting the cost of the unused period for your current service from the price of the new service for that same unused period(since the due dates are the same) we are generating the upgrade cost.
