We do value customers that have put their trust in HostArmada, even if they choose to part ways. With that in mind, if you decide to cancel your services with us, we will keep a backup of your hosting environment for seven calendar days after the day your cancellation is approved. Once the seven days pass, the account will be terminated, and the information will not be available for recovery. It is your responsibility to download the full backup of your environment if you haven’t done it prior to requesting the cancellation.
