A lot of languages out there have special characters or completely different alphabets. Even though it is a common practice to have your domain name registered using English, some clients want to target visitors in their country exclusively, thus naming their domain names using their alphabets. Upon visiting this URL, you will see two content boxes. The one on the left is used to enter the domain name precisely as you bought it with your local alphabet and special characters. When you submit the domain within the content box, please hit the "Convert to Punycode >>" button underneath. This act will cause the encoded domain name to appear in the content box on the right. Please copy this domain and use it to add the domain name within your cPanel following the standard steps.
