Almost every web hosting provider uses a registrar so they can offer domain registration/transfer services to their clients. When you decide to move your domain name to HostArmada, you may be faced with a situation where your previous hosting provider uses the same registrar as we do. In this situation, the domain name needs to be pushed so that is can be managed from your Client Area with us. The push process will not follow the standard transfer procedure and what is great about it is that it will happen immediately after the old hosting provider obtains the required information from our end. Here is what your old hosting provider will require:
- Customer ID
- Customer Username(Email)
