If you would like to have this information erased, you can request it at any time.
⚠️ Warning: Keep in mind that removal of information means your account will be closed as well.
To have your information deleted and your account closed, navigate to your client area and go to My Account -> Privacy Options.
If you have already decided to terminate your account, you just need to select the Account deletion request.
Afterward, you will be prompted to confirm your action with Yes or No.
You also have the option to download any of your personal information.
For this, navigate to the "Export your information" section. Choose the type of information you want to export from the drop-down and click Download.
Your information will be saved as a .csv file on your local device.
This is not an action someone else can perform on your behalf, so you will need to perform any of these options on your own. We can only assist by directing you to the place where you can see these options.
⚠️ Keep in mind that this action is irreversible, and if we execute it as requested, you will lose access to all the products you have purchased. There will be no option to recover any content or access afterward.
