At HostArmada, we do understand that people have a lot of things to pay attention to and sometimes may get overwhelmed, and it is not that hard to miss a payment. If your account has not been renewed, we will still take care of your data for a relatively long period of time.
In case the renewal payment is not complete, your shared hosting account will be suspended. A suspension does not mean that we are going to delete your data on our server. The suspension simply makes that data inaccessible. We will keep your data under a suspended account for 30 days past your renewal date, and even if you decide not to renew, we can still provide you with it at the cost of a $9.95 reactivation fee.
Please be aware that if the data is not retrieved or your plan is not renewed prior to 30 days after the renewal date of your hosting service, we will be required to remove it from the server, and it will no longer be recoverable.
The same does not apply to VPS servers. Unfortunately, if a VPS server is not renewed 48 hours after the due date, it will be terminated, and all data will be lost.
