Whenever you want to turn off the automatic renewal of your services with HostArmada, you will have to submit a cancellation request at the end of your billing cycle. You can learn more about how to do it here.
Through your client area, you have the option to stop the automatic renewal only related to your domain services. If you’d like to do so, feel free to follow this path:
-> Client Area -> “Domains” -> “My Domains” -> “Auto Renewal Status”

In the next menu that will be displayed in your browser, you will need to select the “Auto Renewal On” button. Once you do, it will change to “Auto Renewal Off,” and the button will become red.
Please do keep in mind that if you disable the auto-renewal for your domain name, the system will not generate an invoice automatically, and you might miss your domain renewal.
